What do I believe about this area? Where did it come from? Is it even true? This is where old programming gets exposed.
Vision
What do I actually want? Not what seems reasonable. Not what others expect. What I want. Written as if it is already real.
Purpose
Why do I want it? Seven levels deep. One question at a time. Until the real reason surfaces — the one that holds when motivation fades.
Strategy
What must I do? What will sabotage me? Who do I need around me? Vision without strategy is a daydream. This is where it becomes real.

Choose a life area, state what you want, and answer "why" seven times — one question at a time. Reveals what you thought you wanted versus what is actually driving you.
Belief Tracker
Log the beliefs you uncover. Trace where they came from. Check in over time — active, shifting, or released. Watch your old programming uninstall across 14 weeks.
Vision Board
Your strategy commitments become a living to-do list. When something is not getting done, it asks: "What stopped you?" — and loops back to the belief behind it.
